Please allow 5 business days for us to process your order in addition to shipping time. Once tracking is marked delivered, please contact carrier for issues with shipping. For international shipping, additional custom charges are the customer’s responsibility.
*Starting November 1st to January, specifically for the Holiday season, Processing times are 5-7 Business days.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or cancellations but please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any problems with your order.
if you receive a damaged/broken item please contact us for exchange/refund, however we will need pictures or proof of the damaged/broken item.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
We accept exchanges within 10 days of receipt of item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the original packaging undisturbed with seal in tact for health reasons.
We offer an exchange if you are unsatisfied with your product. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, a new item will be sent within 5-7 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
